I have tried sourdough baking once before and what killed it for me was the pressure to keep it fed, as well as the discard waste. This course has freed me from all of that! Britany's tips have helped me make a better loaf of bread and have me confident enough to give away a couple of loaves even. My favorite is the multigrain loaf, shown in the photo.

I was intimidated by the whole sourdough bread making process, and would have been totally overwhelmed if I tried to use internet sources to figure it out. Brittany’s tutorials and methods are clear and encouraging, and she graciously answered questions I had along the way. The simplicity of her method made me feel confident that I could be successful, even though I was a little nervous about the whole thing. Baked my first 2 loaves today, and they look good and taste great!

I already knew how to bake sourdough before the course. I was already selling my sourdough before the course. The main reason I bought the course was to have a real person to talk to and ask for advice. I was having trouble with my starter. My loaves weren't rising as tall and nice as I wanted them to. I went back and forth with Brittany. I sent pictures, and I kept baking. I listened to her advice and was rewarded with pretty, tall loaves of delicious sourdough bread. Thanks, Brittany!! I appreciate your help!!

I have tried making sourdough bread before. While I was ultimately successful, I found so much conflicting information on the internet! I didn’t enjoy the process because I kept looking for the best method. My head was spinning. Enter, Brittany and her course😀 Everything was laid out for me in an understandable fashion. I already had a starter but it had been in the fridge for months or years even. I easily resuscitated her and began baking. Voila! I have made 4 loaves so far- each slightly different- but yummy. Thank you for showing me the way to achieve repeatable yumminess😋🍞

I've always wanted to bake sourdough bread, but never really got down to it because there is so much Information out there, and every one you talk to about it says something else. You have to do it this way, you have to use these items, and so on and so forth. So I got completely overwhelmed before I even started. The announcements for this course made it look easy. So I couldn't resist registering, and I didn't get disappointed at all! Brittany put so much love and effort into building this course. She leads you through step by step, and baking sourdough bread is really that simple. This course is worth every penny!

I didn't sign up right away because it was expensive ad I thought just go on YouTube/Facebook and learn there. Well, I did, and the advice was so complicated and contradictory that my head exploded. Brittany PROMISED she had an easier way. AND DID SHE--oh YESSSSS! I couldn't believe it would work...it sounded too easy. Why doesn't everyone do it this way? She gave us JUST the tools you really need to have (so saved me from buying a abunch of stuff you don't need ) and a process that really works in seriously half the steps and about 1/10th the time. I'm having so much fun. I'm not stressed or overwhelmed. And my family is enjoying the results!

I have wanted to bake sourdough for years and have acquired and subsequently neglected and killed at least 2 starters. I needed someone to guide me step by step through the process for me to follow through. Like all things CFDG, this course delivered in that simplicity. Thanks to the helpful instructions, I was able to get started without needing to buy any extra supplies besides the starter. After following the process, I have made delicious loaves of bread and can confidently plan ahead for scheduling future loaves with ease. Brittany's timeline makes it stupid simple to keep the starter alive and whip out delicious loaves. Thank you so much for this resource! P.S. I'd love more CFDG sourdough recipes, please oh please!
